About HOE Mentar Shampoo 500ml
Products like Hoe Mentar Shampoo can help with scalp psoriasis. Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition that manifests as red, itchy, scaly areas on the knees, elbows, trunk, and scalp. Psoriasis is a widespread, long-lasting (chronic) skin condition that has no treatment. It often flares for a few weeks or months before diminishing or going into remission.
What aggravates psoriasis?
Stress, both physical and mental, is widely recognized to worsen psoriasis. Throat infections or the flu may also exacerbate the illness. Certain medications, such as steroids and certain antihypertensives, may precipitate the onset of psoriasis.
How do we treat psoriasis?
Do’s:
Adhere to treatment regimens as prescribed.
Keep skin moisturized to help alleviate irritation and scaling.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating in moderation, exercising frequently, and managing your stress levels.
Conduct routine health screenings, since psoriasis patients are more likely to have obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol issues.
Keep in mind that although the sun may assist with psoriasis, caution should be used to avoid sunburn.
Keep an eye out for any joint discomfort or swelling, since a percentage of individuals also have joint psoriasis (psoriatic arthritis).
Don’t’s:
Scratching the plaques can cause skin damage and would likely aggravate the psoriasis.
Avoid abruptly discontinuing therapies, since some may need several weeks to work.
Avoid excessive self-pity or despair. Maintain contact with your family and friends. Acknowledge it as a necessary component of existence.
