This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Precautionary Steps of Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s
Please consult a doctor especially before taking Lodoz. If you have any of the following conditions please consult your doctor:-
Liver disease
Allergy to Lodoz or any of its components
Hypersensitivity
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Cardiogenic shock
Metabolic acidosis
Renal disease
Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.
Lodoz Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Lodoz varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
Alcohol can potentiate side effects of Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s.It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s as there is a risk of additive effect such lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy as it can reduce placental perfusion cauising adverse effects on foetus.Hence it is not recommended during pregnancy unless benefit outweighs risk. Please consult your doctor before using it.Both animal studies and human studies are insufficient to show adverse effects on the fetus. Pregnant women may use it if the benefits outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
There is no data concerning Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s excretion in breast milk. Thus, it is not presribed for breastfeeding users.Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s is excreted in human milk. It also reduces milk production due to it diuresis effect.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.The usage of Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s may impair general attention and affect the ability to drive as it can cause side effects such as dizziness, somnolence and palpitations.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor. 10mg daily is the maximum dose for severe kidney disease patients.Dose adjustment is required in patients with kidney disease. In patients with severe renal function, use is not recommended. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s is not required but careful monitoring is needed.Lodoz 5mg/6.25mg Tablet 30s should be used with caution in patients with liver disease as it may precipitate hepatic coma.
