Micardis 80mg Tablet can be used either independently or in together with other medication. It can be taken during the day or at night with or without eating.
Try to take it daily at the fixed time, to get the optimal benefits. Even though you feel better, it is vital to keep taking it daily. Include changes like physical exercise, weight loss, cessation of smoking, reduction in alcohol consumption, and reduction of salt in your diet, as your doctor has recommended.
Let your doctor know if you have any kidney or liver complications before taking this medication. Before taking it, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers must check with the doctor. Your doctor can monitor your kidney function, blood pressure, and levels of potassium in your blood at periodically when you are taking this medication.
Many side effects require minimal medical assistance and fades as the body responds to the medicine. Speak to the doctor if they continue or if you are particularly worried.
This medication works well with most patients because it has little adverse effects. But, in some people, it can induce upper respiratory tract infection, back pain, sinus infection, and diarrhea. If you have any of these side effects, let the doctor know.
If you miss a dose of Micardis 80mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
