Perindosyl 4mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Perindosyl 4mg Tablet is taken orally and should be taken with a full glass of water. It is usually taken once a day, but the exact dosage and timing of the medicine should be determined by a doctor.
1. Perindosyl 4mg Tablet should be taken orally with or without food as directed by your doctor. 2. It is usually taken once a day or as directed by your doctor. 3. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. 4. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
Common side effects of Perindosyl 4mg Tablet include dizziness, headache, nausea, and fatigue. Other side effects may include coughing, chest pain, and diarrhea.
It is not advisable to consume alcohol with Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s. Taking Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s with alcohol may lower blood pressure and may increase certain side effects of the medication.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown evidence of fetotoxicity and it may increase fetal and neonatal morbidity and death. However, there are no controlled data in human pregnancy and this will make it more dangerous to use. Adequate method of contraception should be made when patient is on this medication.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s is not recommended to be taken when the mother is still breastfeeding the baby. Although the excretion into human milk is unknown, but it is excreted into animal milk. The effects towards the baby is unknown.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s may cause side effects such as palpitations, syncope, headache, visual disturbances, dyspnea etc. that is very dangerous to have especially while driving.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s should be used with a proper prescription by a specialist in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor regarding the benefits of using it.
Liver Warning (Limited Data)
Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s may worsen liver disease. It should be used with extreme caution in patients with liver disease and the dose adjustment of Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s may be needed. As Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s is metabolized in the liver, people with liver failure may have longer time to excrete it from the body and this makes the levels of Perindosyl 4mg Tablet 30s to be higher in the body and causes more side effects.

• Before taking Perindosyl 4mg Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.).
