If you are allergic to penicillin or penicillin-like medicines, tell your doctor before using this medication. Some people may have nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea as a side effect. These are generally just transitory and go away fast. If any of these adverse effects continue or if your condition worsens, contact your doctor. If taken under the guidance of a doctor, this drug is usually considered safe to use during pregnancy.
How To Use Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
How To Store Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s
Store below 25°C. Protect from light and moisture.
Side Effects
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
Co-amoxiclav may cause certain adverse reactions such as:
1. Diarrhea
2. Nausea
3. Vomiting
4. Dizziness
5. Headache
6. Anaphylaxis
7. Hypersensitivity
8. Candidiasis

3. Penicillin hypersensitivity

Pregnancy Warning (Maybe Safe)
Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s has shown no risk to the foetus in animal studies but no well-controlled studies have been done on humans to show any problems that arise especially in the 1st trimester. However, it is still better to consult your doctor first before consuming Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s.Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies do not show any adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. A single study indicated the risk of premature rupture of membrane and enterocolitis in neonates.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s does excrete in breast milk. It may cause side effects such as nausea or Diarrhea in the baby thus the need to discontinue breastfeeding. However, please consult your doctor to evaluate the benefits over the risks of taking Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s. Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s is excreted in human breast milk. There are risks of Diarrhea and fungal infections in the lactating infant.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s may cause side effects such as dizziness and headache, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s such as additional doses may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s and monitoring of liver enzymes may be needed. Please consult your doctor. In patients with liver disease, Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s should be used with caution. Dose titration of Pharmaniaga Co-Amoxiclav 625mg Tablet 70s may be needed.
