Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
NSAIDs should not be used during the first two trimesters of pregnancy or labour unless the potential benefit to the patient outweighs the potential risk to the foetus. Prime Mefetab 500mg Tablet 10s (strip) is contraindicated during 3rd trimester of pregnancy due to risk of closure of the ductus arteriosus, delayed onset of labour and risk of bleeding to mother and child.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Prime Mefetab 500mg Tablet 10s (strip) is probably unsafe to use during lactation as it is excreted into human breast milk and is transmitted to the child.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Prime Mefetab 500mg Tablet 10s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness or visual disturbances, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Prime Mefetab 500mg Tablet 10s (strip)'s mechanism of action which reduces prostaglandin synthesis can cause renal failure. Hence, it should be used with caution in patients with kidney impairment, in elderly patients and diuretics users. Please consult your doctor before usage.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Prime Mefetab 500mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disorder because it is the main site of metabolism. Liver function test should be monitored. Please consult your doctor before usage
Recommended dosage: Adult and children above 14 years: Take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily after a meal. Do not exceed usage for more than 7 days continuously.

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
