Alcohol Warning(Not Advisable)
It is safe to consume alcohol with Progyluton Tablet 21s as there is no known drug interaction.It is not advisable to consume alcohol with Progyluton Tablet 21s as research has found that the combination may increase the risk of breast cancer. Alcohol may increase the estrogen levels and thus, the extra estrogen and the synthetic Progyluton Tablet 21s resulted in too much estrogen.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe - High Risk)
Progyluton Tablet 21s is contraindicated in pregnancy.Progyluton Tablet 21s is contraindicated in pregnancy and thus the treatment should be withdrawn as soon as pregnancy is diagnosed.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Progyluton Tablet 21s in combined oral contraceptive pill is not recommended to be used during lactation as it decreases the quantity and constituent of human breast milk.Progyluton Tablet 21s should not be used during breastfeeding.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Progyluton Tablet 21s does not cause side effects that could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.Progyluton Tablet 21s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Progyluton Tablet 21s should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Renal function and blood pressure should be monitored frequently.In patients with renal dysfunction, they should be closely observed when using Progyluton Tablet 21s as it may cause fluid retention.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Progyluton Tablet 21s is contraindicated in patients with liver disease.It is recommended to avoid using Progyluton Tablet 21s in patients with liver disease. If required, it should not be given during acute illness and need to be administered preferably through the transdermal route. This route bypasses the liver and thus, will not interfere with the hepatic enzymes and proteins produced in the liver.
