You must let your doctor know before starting this medication if you have ever had any symptoms such as bleeding or a history of blood clots, stroke, heart disease, liver problems, or problems with bleeding. Your doctor should also know about the other medications you are taking as it could affect the effectiveness of the medicine. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding should avoid consuming this medicine.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
Headache, stomach pain, fatigue, and dizziness are the possible side effects of this medication. If any of these trouble you, let your doctor know. There may be ways to minimize or eliminate them. It may even cause irregular cycles, nausea, or spotting during menstrual periods. If this happens often, let your doctor know.
