Introduction of Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip)
You should take Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet as your doctor recommends. The dosage will vary on what you are being treated for, but it should be the lowest dose for the shortest period of time required to address your illness. Normally it should be taken full around an hour before a meal and at the same time each day. It may take up to a few weeks to function effectively but your doctor will tell you how long you need to be taking it for. You should persist on taking it as recommended even if your symptoms subside fast. If you are taking this medication for a long period, your doctor may carry out frequent tests to monitor your levels of magnesium which may decrease with this medicine. Common adverse effects include headache, constipation or diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, and feeling or being ill. These tend to be minor but speak to your doctor if they concern you or do not go away. The chance of adverse effects may rise the longer you use this medication. Serious side effects are uncommon, but some require urgent medical care. Ask your doctor what they are. You may be more prone to suffer a fractured bone if you take it for a long period. It is advisable to avoid meals that appear to make your symptoms worse, such as rich, spicy, and fatty foods. It also helps to cut down on caffeinated beverages, such as tea, coffee, and cola, as well as alcohol. This medication is not appropriate for certain individuals. Before using this medication, you need to inform your doctor if you have serious liver issues, are taking medicines for HIV, have had an adverse response to comparable medicines in the past, or have osteoporosis. Alcohol does not interfere with the wayfunctions. However, consuming alcohol causes your stomach generate more acid than usual. This medication may make you feel dizzy, drowsy, or impair your eyesight. If this occurs, do not drive, bike, or use equipment or tools until you feel better. It is not generally advised during pregnancy and nursing."
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

However, animal studies have found that Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip) may contribute to harmful effects towards fetal development though they do not indicate direct or indirect effect. It is recommended to practice caution when using Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip) in pregnant women.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
There is limited data on whether Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip) is excreted in human breast milk. The safety profile of Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip) is uncertain to be used during breastfeeding. Therefore, it is better to avoid Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet 7s (strip).
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)

1) Avoid carbonated beverages/soft drinks, citrus juices, fried foods, and caffeinated beverages such as tea and coffee in excess

3) It's best not to eat late at night or just before sleep.
Notify your doctor if you have watery diarrhoea, a fever, or persistent stomach discomfort.
Long-term usage of Ranbaxy Esoz 40mg Tablet may result in brittle bones and a mineral shortage, such as magnesium. Take calcium and magnesium supplements or calcium and magnesium supplements as directed by your doctor.
If you have reduced urination, edoema (swelling caused by fluid retention), lower back discomfort, nausea, tiredness, or a rash or fever, see your doctor immediately. These symptoms may indicate a renal issue.
