Lovir 800mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine.
Lovir 800 mg Tablet should be taken at the dose and frequency prescribed by your doctor. Do not miss any doses and complete the full course of treatment, even though you feel better. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it's better to take it at a specified time. Take it as soon as you can if you miss a dose. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your daily schedule. Do not double the dose. You should drink plenty of water when using this medicine as it helps avoid dehydration and kidney damage.
Some of the side effects does not need medical attention and it resolve as the body responds to the drug. Consult your doctor if they continue or if you are concerned about them
Some of the side effects of this medication include headache, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, tiredness, and fever.Speak to your doctor if these side effects have not been resolved or occur for a longer period of time. If you are pregnant, intend to conceive or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
If you miss a dose of Lovir 800mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
