How To Use Ravin Enema 20ml x2

Begin by washing your hands with soap and water.
Lie on your left side with one knee drawn up to your chest.
Insert the nozzle of the enema gently into your rectum, using a lubricant if desired.
Squeeze the bottle gently and slowly.
Hold the enema solution in your rectum for at least 5 minutes, if possible.
When finished, remove the nozzle and sit up.
Go to the toilet and release the solution.
