Herbs of Gold Eye Fit Tablet is a lutein and zeaxanthin-containing dietary supplement.

What is Lutein?

Lutein is a carotenoid found mostly in leafy green vegetables that protects the retina from light-induced damage. It's a potent antioxidant that shields the macula from harmful blue light by absorbing it. The macula is essential for clear centre vision, and lutein helps to enhance the health of our macula.

Lutein's yellow pigment filters blue light and protects eyes from oxidative stress and damage. The human body, however, is unable to make it naturally, thus it must be ingested.

What is Zeaxanthin?

Zeaxanthin is also a type of carotenoids found mainly in leafy green vegetables. It is able to filter blue light and protects eyes from oxidative stress & free radicals.

What is bluelight?

Blue light is a kind of visible light that penetrates farther into the eyes. It has the potential to overwork the retina (the light-sensitive nerve tissue at the rear of the eye), release too much unstable oxygen (i.e. free radicals), and harm the retina as a result.
