This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Please consult a doctor especially before taking Physiotens. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
Severe low blood pressure
Liver disease
Allergy to Physiotens or any of its components
Hypersensitivity
Bradycardia
Sick sinus syndrome
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.
Physiotens Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Physiotens varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.

Sedatives
Sleeping Tablets
This is an incomprehensive list of drug interactions and conditions that might interfere with Physiotens. Before taking this drug, inform your doctor about all your present medications.

Avoid excess exposure to sunlight
Avoid this medicine for a longer use
Alcohol might affect your liver if it is taken with this medication
Tell your doctor if you have any other diseases or if you are taking any other medication

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s. Taking Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s with alcohol may have additive effects in the central nervous system.
Pregnancy Warning (Limited Data)
There is no information regarding the usage of Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s in pregnancy.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s is not recommended to use during lactation as it is proven to be excreted in human breast milk.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Patients may experience side effects such as dizziness, headache, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive when on Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s. Therefore, do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s is needed in moderate kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
There is no information regarding the usage of Physiotens 0.4mg Tablet 28s in Liver disease.
