The two main ingredients of Rilax are Alpha S1-Casein Tryptic Hydrolysate and L-Theanine. The former is a bioactive peptide extracted from the milk of only the Holstein cow breed in France. L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found abundantly in green tea leaves.

About Rilax Capsule 6s
The term insomnia refers to difficulty falling or staying asleep. The disorder might be acute or persistent (chronic). It may be transitory. Insomnia is frequently curable at any age. The idea is to modify your routine throughout the day and at night. Aside from non-prescription sleep aids like Rilax Capsule, here are some suggestions:
Adopt a sleep schedule. Consistently set your bedtime and wake time, even on weekends.
Be active. Regular exercise promotes restful sleep. Exercise a couple hours before bedtime and avoid stimulating activities.
Examine your medicines. Ask your doctor if any of your normal medications may be contributing to your insomnia, like caffeine or pseudoephedrine.
Avoid taking naps. Naps might disrupt sleep patterns. If you need a nap, keep it to 30 minutes and don't nap after 3 p.m.

Get up when you aren't sleeping. Sleep as long as you need to feel refreshed, then get up. Stay out of bed if you are unable to sleep.
