Alcohol Warning(Safe)
It is safe to consume alcohol with HOE U-Closone 0.05% Ointment 15g. There is no interaction between alcohol and the medication.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
HOE U-Closone 0.05% Ointment 15g may be unsafe to use during pregnancy as animal studies have shown adverse effects on foetal development, however, no data on human studies. Usage is permissible if benefits to the mother outweigh the risk to the fetus.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data)
HOE U-Closone 0.05% Ointment 15g is not safe to use during lactation as there is no information regarding the presence of the medication in human milk. Nevertheless, do not apply to the breasts topically to avoid ingestion by the infant.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
HOE U-Closone 0.05% Ointment 15g has no ability to influence the general attention during driving.
Kidney Warning(Safe If Prescribed)
Dose adjustment is required in case of systemic absorption when application is over a large surface area for a prolonged period as there is a higher risk of systemic toxicity.
Liver Warning(Limited Data)
Dose adjustment of HOE U-Closone 0.05% Ointment 15g is required in case of systemic absorption when application is over a large surface area for a prolonged period as there is a higher risk of systemic toxicity.
Recommended dosage: Adult: Apply thin layer to the affected area 1 or 2 times a day. Do not use continuously for more than 14 days. Children: Consult your doctor before using
