How To Use CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip)
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
There could be certain side-effects associated with the usage of the medication. Please refer to the list below:-
Dizziness
Nausea
Vomiting
Difficulty in urination
Increased in blood urea nitrogen, creatine and creatine kinase
Liver dysfunction
While some these symptoms are more common, there are a few rare symptoms that could also occur. If you are feeling any other symptoms (whether it is mentioned in the above list or not), please consult with a doctor immediately. Please, consult with a doctor if you are having rashes or blurry visions. Report if you experience any other symptoms as the above list may not be exhaustive. These symptoms become more prominent as when one is undergoing a long term therapy with this medication.

Precautionary Steps of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip)
Please consult a doctor especially before taking Co Aprovel. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
Aortic or mitral stenosis
Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Severe congestive heart failure
Diabetes mellitus
Hypercholesterolemia
Renal artery stenosis
Mild to moderate hepatic or renal impairment
Allergy to Co Aprovel or any of its components
Asthma or other breathing problems
Breastfeeding
Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) as there is a risk of additive effect such lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rateThere is no known interaction of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) with alcohol.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Both animal studies and human studies are insufficient to show adverse effects on the fetus. Pregnant women may use it if the benefits outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor. CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) is contraindicated during pregnancy. Human reproductive studies have shown the presence of risk in the fetus with the use of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip). If pregnancy occurs, alternative treatment should be considered. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) is excreted in human milk. It also reduces milk production due to it diuresis effect.CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) is probably unsafe to use during lactation as there is limited data on the use of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) during lactation and breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
The usage of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) may impair general attention and affect the ability to drive as it can cause side effects such as dizziness, somnolence and palpitations.CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Dose adjustment is required in patients with kidney disease. In patients with severe renal function, use is not recommended. Please consult your doctor.CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney impairment. Dose adjustment of CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) and monitoring of serum creatinine may be needed if CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) is used in patients with other kidney diseases. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
CoAprovel 150/12.5mg Tablet 14s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease as it may precipitate hepatic coma.No dose adjustment is needed with liver impairment.
