Lomodium 2mg Capsule is taken with or without meals at the prescribed dosage and for the prescribed time by the doctor. You should continue to take this medication for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. If you discontinue therapy too soon, your symptoms may reappear and your health may deteriorate worse. Inform your doctor of any other medicines you are taking since some of them may interact with, or be impacted by, this medication. Headache, nausea, and constipation are the most often reported adverse effects. The majority of them are transient and generally resolve themselves over time. If you are at all worried about any of these side effects, you should contact your doctor right immediately to discuss them. It may also induce dizziness, so avoid driving or engaging in any activity that demands mental concentration until you have determined how this medication affects you. Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages while taking this medication since it may make you feel more sleepy. Drink lots of fluids to help keep yourself hydrated if you're suffering from diarrhoea, which may cause water loss and electrolyte imbalance. In the case of blood in the stool or if you are extremely constipated, it is critical that you avoid taking this medication.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew or crush the capsule. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time if it is indicated for everyday use.
