How To Store Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s

Side Effects

As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

  • Diarrhea
  • Upset stomach
  • Vomiting
  • Mild skin rash


Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:

  • Wheezing
  • Vaginal itching and discharge
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes

Alcohol Warning (Safe)

It is safe to consume alcohol with Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s.It is safe to consume alcohol with Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s as there is no known drug interaction.

Pregnancy Warning (Maybe Safe)

Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s has shown no risk to the foetus in animal studies but no well-controlled studies have been done on humans to show any problems that arise especially in the 1st trimester. However, it is still better to consult your doctor first before consuming Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s.Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies do not show any adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. A single study indicated the risk of premature rupture of membrane and enterocolitis in neonates.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)

Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s does excrete in breast milk. It may cause side effects such as nausea or Diarrhea in the baby thus the need to discontinue breastfeeding. However, please consult your doctor to evaluate the benefits over the risks of taking Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s. Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s is excreted in human breast milk. There are risks of Diarrhea and fungal infections in the lactating infant.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)

Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s may cause side effects such as dizziness and headache, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)

Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s such as additional doses may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Use With Care)

Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s and monitoring of liver enzymes may be needed. Please consult your doctor. In patients with liver disease, Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s should be used with caution. Dose titration of Moxiclav 625mg Tablet 20s may be needed.
