There are limited data on the excretion of Hidrasec 30mg Granules 1s (sachet) in human milk. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.

Introduction of Hidrasec 30mg Granules 1s (sachet)
IHidrasec 30mg Granules should be taken in conjunction with a high fluid intake and dietary modifications. It is taken with meals at the prescribed dosage and for the prescribed time by the doctor. Sachets or tablets are used to administer the medication. It is critical to take this medication in conjunction with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) in order to ensure sufficient fluid and electrolyte replenishment. The dosage that is prescribed to you will be determined by your medical condition and how you react to the medication. You should continue to take this medication unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. Inform your doctor of any other medicines you are taking since some of them may interact with, or be impacted by, this medication. Vomiting and fever are the most often reported adverse effects. The majority of them are transient and generally resolve themselves over time. If you are at all worried about any of these side effects, you should contact your doctor right immediately to discuss them. The use of this medication in children who have blood or pus in their stools, persistent diarrhoea, antibiotic-induced diarrhoea, or who have renal or liver problems is not recommended. It is also not recommended for usage in children under the age of three months. Women who are pregnant or nursing should also speak with their doctor.

Precautionary Steps of Hidrasec 30mg Granules 1s (sachet)
Please consult a doctor especially before taking Hidrasec. If you have any of the following conditions & contraindications:-
Allergy to Hidrasec or any of its components
Hypersensitivity to Hidrasec or any of its components
Patients with rare hereditary problems such as galactose or fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or Lapp lactase deficiency.
In cases of prolonged diarrhea with vomiting or lack of appetite, IV rehydration may be necessary
Those with bloody or purulent stool and fever whom may be having invasive bacterial infection or other severe disease.
Antibiotic- associated diarrhoea
Chronic diarrhoea
Renal or liver impairment
Diabetes patients have to make sure the amount of sucrose does not exceed their daily sugar ration
Infants <3 months old
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Please stop using this medication if you are experiencing these symptoms and conditions.
Hidrasec Drug Interactions
There are no drug interactions known with the use of Hidrasec to date. Do inform your doctor about all your current medications prior to consuming this drug.

Alcohol might affect your liver if it is taken with this medication

Quick Tips
Hidrasec 30mg Granule should be taken according to the recommended dosage and duration.
It is not advised that you take Hidrasec 30mg Granule for longer than 7 days.
To avoid dehydration and to ensure sufficient fluid and electrolyte replenishment, Hidrasec 30mg Granule should be used with an oral rehydration solution (ORS).
Notify your doctor if you notice blood and pus in your stools or a fever, don't use it. This may be the result of a bacterial infection, which would requirea different therapy.
Notify your doctor if you have kidney or renal disease.
Stop Hidrasec 30mg Granule and contact your doctor if you experience uncontrollable vomiting,.
Children under the age of three months should not be given Hidrasec 30mg Granule.
