   Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   It is safe to consume alcohol with HOE Ecocort Cream 15g but not advisable if you apply alcohol at the same area as you apply HOE Ecocort Cream 15g to the skin. Both can cause skin irritation that may worsen the effects. As HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical is used topically, the risk of interacting with alcohol consumed is negligible.Do not drink alcohol when you are taking HOE Ecocort Cream 15g as it might worsen the side effects.

   
   Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
   

   HOE Ecocort Cream 15g may be unsafe to use during pregnancy because it was proven in animal studies that HOE Ecocort Cream 15g have harmful effects on the fetus. However, there are limited human studies to guarantee the safety of HOE Ecocort Cream 15g used in pregnant women. Please consult your doctor to know your benefits from use in pregnant women is more than the risk. The safety of HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical in human pregnancy is not established. Therefore, HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical should only be used for pregnant women after careful risk/benefit assessment by the doctor.Do inform your doctor if you are pregnant because HOE Ecocort Cream 15g crosses the placenta. Study of the animals reported some side effects on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans. Use it only when benefits outweight the risks as there is a risk of adrenocortical suppression in newborn in mother on long-term corticosteroid therapy.

   
   Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   HOE Ecocort Cream 15g is excreted in breastmilk in a study done on rats after HOE Ecocort Cream 15g is administered orally. However, limited human evidence to prove the finding in the rats. Please consult your doctor to discuss the necessity of HOE Ecocort Cream 15g use or temporary off breastfeeding. It is not known whether HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical is excreted into the human breastmilk. It is not advisable to apply topical HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical on the chest to avoid accidental contact with the infant.There is inadequate data available for HOE Ecocort Cream 15g can pass into breast milk and may cause harm to the baby. Consult your doctor before taking this medication as HOE Ecocort Cream 15g can affect growth in children.

   
   Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
   

   HOE Ecocort Cream 15g usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical is for external application.    Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
   

   HOE Ecocort Cream 15g is excreted via urine after being metabolised, however, it is poorly absorbed from skin or vagina. Thus, insignificant amount would present in the body system. HOE Ecocort Cream 15g is most probably safe to be used in patients with kidney disease but it should be used with caution if it is taken orally. Dose adjustment may be needed if administered orally. HOE Ecocort Cream 15g Topical is not used for internal consumption and the amount absorbed into the circulatory system also is negligible. It is, therefore, safe to be used even in a patient with renal impairment.HOE Ecocort Cream 15g should only be used with doctor's advice as this medication contain sodium and is excreted by the kidneys, therefore it may cause impairment in pre-existing kidney disease.
