Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe - High Risk)
It is unsafe to use Premarin 300mcg Tablet 28s during pregnancy. Both animal and human studies have shown that it may cause fetal abnormalities and the risks to the fetus outweigh the benefits of therapy to mother.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
It is not safe to use Premarin 300mcg Tablet 28s during breastfeeding. The presence of estrogens in breast milk may reduce the production of milk.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Conjugated oestrogen usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Premarin 300mcg Tablet 28s should be used with caution in patients with renal impairment as estrogens may cause fluid retention. Such patients also require close observation.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Premarin 300mcg Tablet 28s are contraindicated in patients with acute liver disease or history of liver diseases.

If you are now taking or have recently taken any additional drugs for the same or other diseases, you must tell your doctor. You should contact a doctor if you have a history of unexplained vaginal bleeding or have ever had a blood clot in your legs or lungs. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, tell your doctor before using this drug. To assess the medicine's efficacy and side effects on your body, your doctor may order a variety of diagnostic or laboratory tests.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
