There is no identifiable risk between consumption of alcohol and conjugated estrogen.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe - High Risk)
It is unsafe to use Premarin 0.625% Vaginal Cream 14g during pregnancy. Both animal and human studies have shown that it may cause fetal abnormalities and the risks to the fetus outweigh the benefits of therapy to mother.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
It is not safe to use Premarin 0.625% Vaginal Cream 14g during breastfeeding. The presence of estrogens in breast milk may reduce the production of milk.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Conjugated oestrogen usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Premarin 0.625% Vaginal Cream 14g should be used with caution in patients with renal impairment as estrogens may cause fluid retention. Such patients also require close observation.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Premarin 0.625% Vaginal Cream 14g are contraindicated in patients with acute liver disease or history of liver diseases.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before and after using the vaginal cream. Fill applicator with the prescribed amount of cream. Lie on your back with knees bent. Gently insert the plastic applicator filled with the cream as deeply and comfortably into the vagina as possible. Gently press down to release the plunger of the applicator until it stops. Remove applicator from vagina. It is recommended that you use this medication at night before you go to bed as a lying position reduces leakage of the product which may occur while sitting or standing. The additional use of a sanitary pad can prevent soiling of your clothing and bedding.

Known or suspected breast cancer
History of thromboembolism or VTE
