Introduction of Primperan 10mg Suppository 5s (strip)
Mild vomiting, stomach discomfort, nausea, headache, and dizziness are the most typical adverse effects of this medication. You should notify your doctor if any of these adverse effects continue or worsen. Your doctor may be able to advise you on how to avoid or lessen the symptoms.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before and after inserting the suppository. Remove suppository from wrapper just before inserting it as they can soften in hot weather. Lie on one side with one knee raised towards the stomach. You may use a disposable glove and lubricate the tip of the suppository (if required) with a water-soluble lubricant. Gently push in the tapered end of the suppository into the anus with the fingers. Lower the leg and roll over onto the stomach. Remain lying down for a few minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve. Resist the urge to expel the suppository.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

It is found that Primperan 10mg Suppository 5s (strip) is excreted in minimal quantities in breast milk and not adequate to cause harmful effects. However, it is advisable to practice caution while taking Primperan 10mg Suppository 5s (strip) during breastfeeding.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Primperan 10mg Suppository 5s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness or abnormal muscle twitching, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
