It is found that Rosiden Gel 30g Topical is excreted in very little quantities in breast milk and not adequate to cause harmful effects. Prostaglandin plays a role in the maintenance of renal perfusion in patients whose renal blood flow and volume are decreased. Thus, Rosiden Gel 30g may precipitate overt renal decompensation, which is typically followed by recovery to pre-treatment state upon discontinuation of the drug. Thus, careful monitoring of patients with renal disease is needed. Please consult your doctor.In patients with renal impairment, it is important to use this drug with caution as NSAIDs may cause kidney function to deteriorate.
