Take with precaution in 1st and 2nd trimester but do not take during 3rd trimester of pregnancy here is a risk of premature closure of the foetal ductus arteriosus with possible persistent pulmonary hypertension.The onset of labour may be delayed and duration of labour increased, with increased bleeding tendency in both mother and child.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data)
In limited studies, YSP Ibuprofen 400mg Tablet 10s (strip) appears in the breast milk in very low concentrations and is unlikely to affect the breast-fed infant adversely.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
YSP Ibuprofen 400mg Tablet 10s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(High Risk)

It is recommended that you takeYSP Ibuprofen 400mg Tablet with meals to prevent stomach discomfort and to decrease adverse effects. For the most part, you should aim to take the lowest quantity of medication required to manage your symptoms for the shortest period of time feasible. You should continue to take this medication on a regular basis as long as you need it. It is important not to skip doses since the medication will become less effective if you do. The medication is well tolerated, and there are few or no adverse effects reported. Some individuals, however, may have vomiting, stomach discomfort, nausea, and indigestion as a result of taking it. If any of these adverse effects do not resolve or worsen with time, you should see your doctor immediately. Your doctor may be able to provide recommendations for methods to avoid or reduce the symptoms. Even though this medication is frequently given and generally regarded safe, it is not appropriate for everyone. Prior to taking it, inform your doctor if you have renal issues, asthma, blood diseases, or if you consume large amounts of alcoholic beverages.
