Difflam 0.15% Solution 100ml is generally safe to be used in patients with kidney disease.

Difflam 0.15% Solution 100ml is safe to be used in patients with liver disease. There's minimal systemic absorption of Difflam 0.15% Solution 100ml.
Recommended dosage: Adults: Gargle 15ml (approximately one tablespoon) of the solution for at least 30 seconds every 1½ to 3 hours, as required. Do not swallow the solution.

Pour the recommended amount using a metric measure and put in your mouth. Gargle your mouth with the solution for the recommended duration and Do not swallow. spit it out. Rinse your mouth with water. Avoid drinking, eating to smoking for about 30 minutes after rinsing as to prevent the medicine from being washed away too soon.

Difflam 0.15% Solution is solely to be used as a mouth rinse or gargle.
After using Difflam 0.15% Solution , spit it out rather than swallowing it. Difflam 0.15% Solution should be used undiluted in most cases.
If it stings your mouth, dilute it with an equal amount of water before using.
Its best not to get it in your eyes. If you get it in your eyes by accident, rinse them out immediately with plenty of water.
Unless your doctor advises otherwise, do not use Difflam 0.15% Solution for longer than seven days.
