It is recommended that you take Dyna Erymycin Dry Syrup 200mg/5ml orally, ideally one hour before or two hours after a meal. Taking it on an empty stomach allows for the greatest absorption. This medication should be used on a regular basis, at equally spaced time intervals, as directed by your doctor. Even if you are feeling better, do not miss any doses and complete the whole course of therapy as directed. In certain cases, stopping the medication too soon may result in the illness returning or worsening. The most often seen adverse effects associated with this medication are vomiting, nausea, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhoea. These are typically just transient and disappear after the therapy has been completed. Consult your doctor if you notice that these side effects do not disappear or if they continue for an extended period of time. Before using this medication, tell your doctor if you have ever had an allergic reaction or had cardiac issues in your family. Women who are pregnant or nursing should speak with their doctor before using this medication.
