   Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s and alcohol consumption may worsen the effects on the central nervous system as their adverse reactions may be compounded.It is safe to consume alcohol in small amount while taking Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s. Large quantities of alcohol may increase the risk of liver side effects.There is no contraindication in alcohol consumption while using Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s.

   
   Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
   

   There are mixed and inadequate data to conclude the safety profile of Chlorpheniramine in pregnant women. It may be safe to use in the first and second trimester but may increase the risk of premature neonates if used in the third trimester.There is no effect in pregnancy if Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s is used as the recommended dosage.There is no animal reproductive studies conducted but due to potential adverse effects of Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s to the term fetus, it is not advisable to take Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s during pregnancy.

   
   Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
   

   Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s is present in small quantity in human breastmilk and can cause drowsiness on the infant. Close monitoring is required if using Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s during breastfeeding or using second generation of anti-histamine.Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s is excreted in human breast milk in very small amount, therefore it is safe to use Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s during breastfeeding.It is not known whether Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s is excreted into human breastmilk or not. Due to its potential toxicity, Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding.

   
   Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   It is not advisable to drive when taking Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s due to its potential side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness which can affect the ability to drive and concentrate.Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.It is not advisable to drive when under Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s eye treatment due to its potential side effects such as eye irritation and blurred vision which can affect the ability to concentrate and drive.

   
   Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
   

   No dosage adjustment is needed for people with renal impairment despite it being excreted via urine.It is advisable to use Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s with caution in patients with severe renal impairment.Dosage adjustment may be needed for patient who needs parenteral Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s and with hypotensive states.

   
   Liver Warning (Limited Data)
   

   Although no dosage adjustment is indicated by the manufacturer labelling, precautionary measure with dosage adjustment may be needed in moderate to severe hepatic impaired patient due to Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s being metabolised by the liver.It is advisable to use Flucor Night PE Softgel Capsule 8s with caution in patients with severe liver impairment. The effects of overdose are greater in patients with non-cirrhosis alcoholic liver disease. Delayed in treatment of overdose may also cause serious damage to the liver.There is no dosage adjustment needed for patients with hepatic impairment according to the manufacturer labelling.

5. Recommended dosage: Adult and Children > 12 years of age: Take 2 softgels every four hours, not exceeding 8 softgels in a day. Not recommended for children below 12 years of age.
