Plendil 10mg Tablet refers to a family of medicines known as blockers of the calcium channel.

You may take it at any time of the day with or without food, but it is best to take at a fixed time every day to remember better. Keep taking it as long as the doctor has suggested for you. Even though you feel better, do not quit taking this medication.
Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you have any issues with your liver, kidney or heart. Pregnant or breast-feeding women should also ask their doctor for advice before taking this medicine. You will need to tell your doctor about other medications you take, including those used to control elevated blood pressure or other health problems, and the blood pressure should be monitored regularly.
Many side effects require minimal medical assistance and fades as the body responds to the medicine. Speak to the doctor if they continue or if you are particularly worried.
The most common side effects are fatigue, nausea, swelling of the legs or feet, dizziness, flushing and headache. Contact the doctor if you have been affected by any of these side effects or if they are persistent.
