Severe allergic reactions such as severe rash, severe itchiness and fever, swollen throat, face, eyelids or lips can happen. Alcohol Warning(Not Advisable)
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g. Taking Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g with alcohol may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. It should be avoided in the first and second trimester of pregnancy and is contraindicated especially during the 3rd trimester or near delivery. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. However, there are limited human reproductive studies. The benefits from the use of Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Some amounts of oral Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g are excreted in breast milk whereas the topical Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g is absorbed into the skin, hence it should not be used during breastfeeding.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g may cause side effects such as sleepiness, dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness or visual disturbances, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning(High Risk)
Oral and rectal administration of Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
Oral and rectal administration of Fastum 2.5% Gel 50g is contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment. Please consult your doctor.
