Health Services Category Associate

​Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end coordination and implementation of new Health Services offering with internal teams and external partners (including initiation, work plans and estimates, resourcing, requirements, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation and closure).
• Collaborate internally with members from various business units/ teams and externally with partners to develop/ enhance new offerings for our customers.
• Support sales team in the onboarding of new partners (healthcare providers).
• Support sales team in preparing proposals and eventually the execution and implementation of deliverables with partners.
• Develop and manage internal standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth operations.
• Compile reports with analyzed data sets to provide meaningful status progress and actionable insights.
• Develop and sustain trusting relationship with partners to understand how we can resolve their challenges.
• Research leading practices across industries as part of continuous improvement on customer journey and overall user experience.

Key Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3.2 CGPA or equivalent. 
• 3 – 5 years full time employment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (or equivalent). 
• Effective in time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and desirous in acquiring new skillsets and knowledge. 
• Able to receive constructive feedback. 
• Proficient in Bahasa and English. Additional languages/ dialects is an add-on.
