Hi there. Thank you for your questions.
First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your child’s symptoms. Normally, the anterior fontanelle should be curve slightly inward and firm. In some occasion it could bulge for a little while when the child is lying down, crying or vomiting. However it should return to normal once the child is in upright position.
From your complaints, we believe that your condition may have multifactorial causes such as:
Meningitis. Infection of the membranes covering the brain.
Encephalitis- Swelling or inflammation of the brain, most often due to infections.
Hydrocephalus. A buildup of fluid inside the skull.
Increased intracranial pressure.
However, in order for us to provide you with an accurate causes of the condition, we need additional details to explore further into your current complaints. Therefore, we greatly suggest that you refer this to your nearest medical doctor as soon as you can.
