3 days ago I got a lump in my right armpit, it hurts when I touch it,

Hello. It’s been several months now that I sometimes notice that my armpit hurts, the strange thing is that they alternate sometimes in one and others in another but it happens very often almost 3 or 4 times a month when I touch it it bothers me it rarely protrudes from the armpit and it hurts a lot, after a week it’s gone but then it happens either in the same one or in the other one.
3 days ago I got a lump in my right armpit, it hurts when I touch it, I have premenstrual syndrome, so my breasts hurt, they are swollen, but I don’t feel anything unusual in my breasts, only in my armpit, what could it be?
