Back Pain Radiating to Legs

I’m 22 and ive been having back pain since I’m in secondary school. I thought its normal because I’m a woman especially back then it happens specifically during the start of my menstrual cycle. But now I keep having back pain no matter the stage of the cycle is. The most predictable time is the start of menses and like two weeks after my cycle starts, but it can happen honestly anytime. The type of back pain I’m describing is the type that radiates to my legs, usually the calves but sometimes can affect my ankles too, and can be one sided and both sided.
