Asthma attack every night

I am 22 years old women. I have history having asthma since small. I am ex covid (stage 2). I have done my 2 weeks quarantine and complete my second dose of vaccine. I never experience asthma attack everyday consistent for more than a week. but since I finished my quarantine every night I have to take at least 3 pump of my asthma pump (blue color). Is it normal or not? Usually I got attacked if the weather is cold sleep in aircond and drink cold or bicarbonate drinks. I never get attack if I am doing exercises or involves in sport.
