First time missing period

I’m 22 and my period’s regular except this month. I am totally not pregnant because I am not even married yet. I’m not on pills or anything. It’s my first time missing a period, 15 days delayed to be exact. I am not experiencing any pain, though a headache comes and goes, i dont know if that’s even related but my PMS has always included headaches. I always had false alarms these past few days, thinking i got it but then there’s nothing. I wonder if it’s the stress I’ve been having bec of acads or the lack of sleep? Any recomm to make my period back to normal?
