Period Discoloration
I had unprotected sex two weeks ago. No pregnancy symptoms since then. I think I got my period last night but when I went to change my pad there was brown on top of my bright red blood.

Hi, thank you for the question.
For your information, spotting refers to bleeding outside your menstrual period. Spotting can come from your uterus, cervix or vagina. If the spotting is heavy, it is most likely originate from the uterus.
Get through that time of the month comfortably without leak.
There are different colours of spotting that ranges from pinkish to dark brown. The brown or black spots is due to old blood, meaning that the blood has been while in your body before passing out. There are various causes of spotting, such as
- pregnancy
