My son Abdomen pain

Hi, my son is only 4 years old but for about 5 months he keep complaining about his stomach pain. He is a picky eater, and have constipation. I already brought him to many hospital for diagnosis. But the result is always the same. That he only constipated and need to have lots of fiber. Now he took movicol some laxative powder for this movement bowel. Now the stool look good. If based on picture its number 4. But the problem is he still keep complaining about the stomach pain and cant eat if he is in pain. But he still active. The only make me queries is why is he keep have the abdomen pain when the stool is ok. He already have done xray and ultrasound for this pain. And the result is negative. No problem at all. But why the pain is still there. Can Doctor please advise me on this matter as I dont know what else should I do to help him ease the pain. Many thanks.
