Palpitations and tight chest

I am 24 years old woman. Last 2 weeks, I had a blackout for a moment, waking up with shakiness, headache, dizzy, palpitation, unbalanced vision. And that was not my first time. As I had recovered after a day rest, I didn’t go for a consult. However, my heart palpitations become consistent and on-going even when I rest, eat, lie down. My chest felt tight. I wake up every morning with dehydration and gasping. I need help as maybe it’s only because of my worries. But it effect my daily life and effectiveness. Thank You.
