But since past 3 month, my period flow on 1st to 3rd or 4th day became less (which is unusual for me). It only starts heavy on the next day and i had my period pain as usual. May i know why? I didn’t take any medication, i work in office environment, normal bmi and had my covid vaccine on September 2021
