Chest ache, I felt pain in my left chest
I am a man and in my 20’s. I usually felt pain in my left chest, where it would feel like it was narrow or gripped. Usually, I will feel this way in the morning or at night, and it can be felt for a short time or even for a long time. At the moment, taking a deep breath will make the feeling of being squeezed worse. This has happened a lot lately and it worries me about my personal health. Can you explain the symptoms I am experiencing?
