I have Thyroid nodules and md 2nd doctor advised to do surgery to remove thyroid gland. I woud like to know if other alternative medical options such as Radio frequency Ablation or HIfu treatsments are available in Malaysia
I have thyroid nodules and has done FNA on 3 nodules with one showing indeterminate or suspicious nature. Saw general Surgeon who suggested removing whole thyroid gland. I dont feel comfortable with that as I would have go go on synthetic hormone therapy after that. I would like to know if other alternative medical options such as Radio frequency Ablation or HIfu treatsments are available in Malaysia .
