Right eye smaller than left eye
Hi, my right eye is smaller than left eye and the vision on my right eye is blurry… My left eye vision is very clear. This has been going on for some time already but i notice the bluriness on my right eye is not getting better (previously it will be clear again from time to time). Can you advice what should i do? Is this a symptom for specific disease?

Hello, thank you for your enquiry.
From your description, we understand that you have experienced blurred vision over your right eye while your left eye vision is clear, you also noticed that your right eye is smaller than left eye. We will try to help you.
For your information, one sided blurring of vision may cause by several factors. For example:
- Dry eye or overstrained (staring at phone, computer screen, TV for long hour)
- Short sightedness
- Corneal injury or scar
- Glaucoma (intra-orbital pressure increase)
- Cataract
- Inflammation in the eye (uveitis, iritis or so)
- Eye vessel problem (artery or vein)
- Optic nerve problem (retinal)
Blurring of vision is a very masked symptoms, where can happen in a lot of different diseases, diagnosis cannot be made without details. Different sizes of the eye on the other hand may not be an issue, as it is very common, and most people with different sizes of eye ball do not have visual disturbances.
