Is it ok to get covid vaccine while having a tonsillitis
This day I’m having my second dose of my covid vaccine but sadly 5 day ago i got tonsillitis is it ok to get my second dose or not???

For your information, Covid-19 vaccine is indicated for everyone above the age of 18 except for those with history of severe allergic reaction towards medication.
We understand your worry in receiving the vaccine as you’re experiencing tonsilitis but this is not a contraindication as long as you are in good health. Please inform the medical officer at the vaccination centre about your medical condition before getting the vaccine for further instructions.
