Hi and thank you for your question on behalf of your husband. For your informations, I have few friends that have the same problem as your husband as well, so it is quite common problems in men I presume.
It is embarrassing complaint but I think it is vital to seek medical advice as well. It is important to seek medical advice to get a proper diagnosis, investigations and correct treatments. The treatments are divided into drugs, psychological and behavioral treatments:-
medication treatment: it is important to get it from the doctor to know the further details about the usage and dosage of it. There are few oral medications that can delay orgasms such as antidepressants, analgesics and sildenafil.
behavioral treatments: there are few tips that can be followed. Most important thing is to find and know the correct muscles. To know your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. when you’ve identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you can find it easier to do them lying down at first.
Correct your technique. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, let the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a consequently. When the muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises when sitting, standing or walking.
Stay focus. For best results possible, focus on doing only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful try not to flex the muscles on your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Prevent from holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the process. Repeat 3 times daily. It can be done from so it’s a quite handy one!
psychological treatments: stay focus and be mindful with the ongoing situation that we are in.
Goodluck!
