Skin Acne Problem and Usage of Tretinon Cream

I am a man at the age of 22 years old. I have experienced severe acne problem since last year and I have consulted a clinic doctor in January this year. Doctor prescribed a tretinon 0.05% cream to me and it reduces my acne problem a lot. May I know can I use the tretinon cream for long term just like using a skin care product? I worry that this medicine is harmful to the liver and my body health. I have ordered a tretinon cream from this webpage few months ago and it is almost used up now. Although this tretinon cream helps me a lot, I am still experiencing acne problem because my skin is so oily with large pores. Before I bought the tretinoin cream from this website, I have used the adapalene gel from Shopee but it doesn’t cause any side effects like drying or irrated skin, so I doubted the authenticity of that adapalene gel…Should I continue to use Tretinoin cream because now it seems like there will be no more improvement to my skin because I have been using it consistently. Is there any better medicine for me to reduce my skin oiliness and also acne problem? Or should I consult to
